Shipping & Export Policy

BLACKRUFF ships to all major international markets including the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, Middle East, Australia, and Southeast Asia. We work with reputable international freight forwarders and courier services to ensure safe, timely delivery of marble products worldwide.

We offer multiple shipping options tailored to your order size and urgency:

• ◆Sea Freight (FCL/LCL) — Recommended for large wholesale orders. Transit time: 20–45 days depending on destination.
• ◆Air Freight — For urgent or sample shipments. Transit time: 5–10 business days.
• ◆Express Courier (DHL/FedEx) — For sample orders and small parcels. Transit time: 3–7 business days.

We support standard international trade terms including FOB (Free on Board), CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight), and DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). The applicable Incoterm will be specified in your formal quotation and purchase order. Default shipping terms are FOB Nhava Sheva (Mumbai Port), India.

All marble products are carefully packaged using multi-layer protection to prevent damage during transit:

• ◆Individual foam/bubble wrap protection for each piece
• ◆Corrugated inner cartons with cushioning material
• ◆Reinforced master cartons or wooden crates for sea freight
• ◆Custom branded packaging available upon request

BLACKRUFF provides all necessary export documentation including commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, Bill of Lading / Airway Bill, and any additional certificates required by the destination country. Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance at destination are the responsibility of the buyer unless DDP terms are agreed.

Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, volume, destination, and chosen shipping method. Freight charges are quoted separately and confirmed before order processing. We strive to negotiate competitive shipping rates through our established logistics network.

We strongly recommend cargo insurance for all international shipments. Under CIF terms, insurance is included in the quotation. For FOB shipments, we can arrange insurance on your behalf at actual cost, or you may procure your own coverage.
