By accessing this website, submitting an inquiry, or placing a wholesale order with BLACKRUFF, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you are representing a company, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that company to these terms.

All products displayed on this website are for B2B wholesale purposes only. Product images are representative; natural marble variations in colour, veining, and pattern are inherent characteristics and not considered defects. Exact specifications, dimensions, and material composition will be confirmed via formal quotation.

Standard MOQ ranges from 200–500 pieces per SKU, depending on product category and customisation requirements. MOQ may be negotiated for large-volume partnerships or exclusive distribution agreements. Final MOQ terms are confirmed in the formal purchase order.

All prices are quoted in USD (or mutually agreed currency) and are exclusive of shipping, duties, taxes, and insurance unless otherwise stated. Payment terms are typically 50% advance upon order confirmation and 50% against shipping documents (T/T or L/C), unless alternate terms are agreed upon in writing.

Standard production lead time is 30–45 days from order confirmation and advance payment receipt. Custom product development may require additional time for sampling and approval cycles. We will communicate any delays promptly and work to mitigate impact on your supply chain.

All products undergo multi-stage quality control inspection prior to packing. We provide pre-shipment inspection photos/videos upon request. Claims for damaged or defective goods must be raised within 7 days of delivery with supporting photographic evidence.

BLACKRUFF ships globally via reputable freight and courier partners. Shipping terms (FOB, CIF, DDP) are specified in each quotation. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer according to the agreed Incoterms. For detailed shipping information, see our Shipping & Export Policy.

All content, designs, branding, and imagery on this website are the intellectual property of BLACKRUFF and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent. Custom designs developed for clients remain confidential and are not shared with third parties.

BLACKRUFF's liability for any order shall not exceed the total value of that specific order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, shipping delays, or force majeure events.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India.
